Shipping and Returns

Shipment of items to you .......

Delivery times given are approximate. 

​We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

Items advertised are carried in stock for unless otherwise stated, for instance Pre-Order items.  We aim to send items within 7-10 working days of receiving your order.

Delivery price is standard £4.95 to mainland UK and is based on the size , weight and packaging of the parcel being dispatched and also on the delivery location. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any products at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from delivery..

Delivery to the Highlands and parts of Ireland does cost more , please email before placing your order and we will be happy to work out the postage costs applicable.

Please email if you live outside the UK to discuss postage costs before placing an order . 

Orders placed after 3 pm will be dealt with the following working day.
Orders placed on a weekend, will be dealt with on Monday.

Bespoke items are made to order and unless the item arrives with you damaged, we are unable to accept returns of bespoke items.

We want you to be happy with your purchases from EllieGrey.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us in an unused condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price including the original postage cost. You are required to pay the return postage costs unless the item received was faulty. 

Goods that are received damaged will be refunded or replaced. All we ask is that you keep the original packaging and email a photograph to us so that we can claim from our postal carrier.

Please ensure the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. Otherwise we may not be able to exchange or refund you. We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.

If your item arrives damaged please make sure you contact us within 24 hours of receipt.  We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.

We will also require you to supply us with photographs of the damage within 48 hours in order for us to claim from our couriers. 

All prices shown on our website are correct at the time of publication and are all in British Pounds, and include VAT at the current rate. All prices may be changed without any prior notice.

We accept payment by Credit and Debit cards and Paypal . We now also accept Klarna payments - these payments are made between the customer and Klarna -Please note -  this is a separate credit agreement accepted at check out by the customer and is solely between the customer and Klarna.

We have done our best to describe our items correctly at the time of the items being listed on our website. All sizes are approximate.
